Refund , Exchange Cancellation Policy
If you request a refund, Knot Bene will refund (100% ) of the original amount only to the original payment method that was used to make the booking.
Refunds of payments are applicable only in the cases of:
- Product is not as described with an attached picture proof.
- Product defect with an attached picture proof.
- Product was not delivered within the declared delivery policy.
Once a refund is requested, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
You can request for a return within 2 days upon receipt of the order.
** Products that are on Sale can only be exchanged.
You can always exchange size after 48 hours, the maximum number of items exchanged is three, and a maximum of 3 orders.
Please also note that:
- Item should be in a good condition and not used along with the original tag.
- It should also be in the same brand box you received.
The exchanged with item will be processed once the original order is returned and checked in good condition. Noting that the shipping back costs is held by the buyer.
In case you wish to cancel an order within 24 hours of placing the order, a refund of (100% ) of the amount paid will be processed within “10 “ business days.
Please Note that the above policy doesn't apply during Sale or Black Friday or any discount codes used. As there will be no return or exchange.
